Ingredients | Thai Pork Burgers Jamie Oliver3 (1 pound) packages Farmland® Fresh Ground Pork1 small sweet onion, chopped¾ cup feta cheese crumbles¾ cup shredded Cheddar cheese¼ cup Worcestershire sauce¼ cup hot sauce2 tablespoons minced garlicFresh cracked black pepperCoarse sea saltDirectionsHeat charcoal or gas grill to medium. Combine ground pork, onion, cheeses, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and garlic in large bowl; mix well with hands.
